Jack
Rathschmidt, a Capuchin Franciscan
Friar, holds an M.Th. in spirituality from
the Weston School of Theology and a Ph.D
from Fordham University in Historical
Theology. Formerly Chaplain at the College
of New Rochelle, he was the Provincial of
the Capuchins from 1987-1993 and is
presently Director of Formation for the
Capuchin Franciscan Friars of New York/New
England. Writer, teacher and spiritual
director, he is vitally interested in
empowering lay people in the church. Working
with
Gaynell Cronin for the last 20 years, they
have spoken in 50 dioceses, conducted
retreats, parish missions, workshops on
family spirituality and written more than 50
videos for children, adults and families for
Ikonographics/St. Anthony Messenger Press.
Their most recent book is DOORWAYS TO
HOLINESS, Paulist Press.Mark Lederman has
written a number of inspirational and
reflective essays for you. Read
Bringing GOD to some-one and his
other essays.
Cornerstone Alumni has
published some of Joseph De Matteo's
religious writing here. Joe describes
